ÖZGEÇMİŞ

1971 doğumlu olan Dr. Hakan Gündoğan, 1988’de girdiği Ege Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi’ni 1994 yılında tamamlamıştır. Öğrenciliği sırasında ilk sırayı aldığı sınav sonrası Litvanya Vilnius Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesinde burslu olarak kabul edildiği yaz stajını tamamlamıştır.

Tıp Fakültesini bitirir bitirmez girdiği Tıpta Uzmanlık Sınavı’nda (TUS) ilk 10 doktor arasına girerek Ege Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Estetik Plastik & Rekonstruktif Cerrahi Departmanı’nda asistanlığa başlamıştır.

Uzmanlık eğitiminin son yılında burslu olarak Baylor College Of Medicine Houston, Texas, ABD, Aesthetic Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Kliniği Internal Posdoctoral Fellowship pozisyonuna kabul edilip 2000 – 2001 yılları arasında çalışmalarına burada devam etmiştir. Amerika da bulunduğu süre içinde Estetik Cerrahi deneyimini arttırırken deneysel mikrocerrahi üzerinde de çalışmış olup burada tamamlamış olduğu “Mikrovasküler Cerrahide Gen Terapisi” isimli çalışması Asistanlık Bitirme Tezi olarak kabul edilmiş ve 2001 yılında asistanlık eğitimini tamamlamıştır.

Uzmanlık Eğitiminin bitimini takiben Ege Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Estetik Plastik & Rekonstrüktif Cerrahi Ana Bilim Dalı’nda akademik kadroya dahil olup asistan eğitimi ile birlikte klinik ve bilimsel çalışmalarına üniversite ortamında devam etmiştir.

2002 yılı sonunda bu görevinden ayrılıp dünyanın en prestijli Plastik Cerrahi Kliniklerinden biri olan Taiwan Chang Gung Hastanesi Kraniyomaksillofasiyal Cerrahi Kliniğinin her yıl bir kişiyi davet ettiği burslu International Craniofacial Clinical Fellow pozisyonuna kabul edilmiş ve burada özellikle yüz ve çene cerrahisi konularında ileri teknik operasyonlar gerçekleştirmiştir. 2003 yılı sonunda yurda dönen Dr. Gündoğan Prof. Dr. Onur Erol’un yanında Estetik Cerrahi fellowluğunu tamamladıktan sonra İstanbul ONEP Estetik Cerrahi Kliniğinde partner olarak çalışmaya başlamıştır.

Aynı zamanda Los Angeles Beverly Hills M Aesthetic Surgery Kliniğinde Dr.Marc Mani ile birlikte ortak çalışmalar yapan Dr. Hakan Gündoğan Ekim 2008’de ONEP’ ten ayrılarak Dr. Naci Çelik ile birlikte PRAGO kliniği açmış olup çalışmalarına burada devam etmektedir.
